Corbigny is located at the gates of the Morvan Regional Nature Park on the edge of the Morvan and Nivernais. The town is crossed by Anguison tributary of the Yonne. It is located in a hilly region with rounded shapes and the territory of the municipality lies at an altitude between 182 and 275 meters.

From Nevers (59 km, time 1h) D978, then D209.

From Auxerre (73 km, time 1h10) D951a, puis D951 - follow Clamecy, Armes and Dornecy.

From Bourges (122 km, time 1h50) Direction St Germain du Puy, then route de La Charité, autoroute A77, Chateauneuf Val de Bougis, Varzy, Ardan.

From Paris (145 km, time 2h30) A6, Monéteau, Auxerre, Clamecy, Armes, Dormecy.

From Saulieu (55 km, time 50 mn) D977bis, Montsauche, Lormes.
